Inserting the Easy Way - The VisualBots Helper Add-in
The easiest way to insert the VisualBots simulator onto an Excel worksheet is through the VisualBots Helper Add-in. If you installed this optional feature, a "VisualBots" menu item is automatically created when Excel program starts up. Select "Insert Simulator" from the menu and the VisualBots simulator will appear on the worksheet. If you installed this feature but the "VisualBots" menu does not appear on the worksheet menu bar, then activate the VisualBots Helper Add-in by selecting Tools > Add-ins on the worksheet menu bar. Click the checkbox for "VisualBots Helper" and click "OK". The VisualBots menu item will appear on the worksheet menu bar.

For Excel 2007 users, the VisualBots helper menu can be found on the Add-ins ribbon by clicking on the Add-ins tab on the Quick Access Toolbar. If the Add-ins tab is not visiable or the VisualBots Helper menu is missing from the Add-ins ribbon, then activate the VisualBots Helper Add-in by following the instructions below:
If the VisualBots Helper Add-in was not listed in the "Inactive Applications Add-in" list in Step 3 above, then you should re-install Visualbots.
